The two top teams headed into the state meet are Hickory and Villa Maria in what should be a great District 10 duel. Hickory got the best of Villa Maria at the district meet, but we'll see what kind of a difference a week makes. Avonworth/Northgate has the Robinson sisters that make them a definite factor, but do they have the other pieces to contend up front. Palisades put together a great race to win District 11, and they'll be shooting for the four-minute barrier this weekend.
