Kamil Jihad

Kamil Jihad just finished up a huge sophomore campaign in his first season at Neumann Goretti. After winning the PCL and District 12 AA title in the 800 meters, Jihad saved his best for last, running a nearly three second PR in the finals in the 800 at the PIAA State Championships. Jihad took second to Beaver Falls' Domenic Perretta, who won his historic third straight state championship in the event.
Jihad will take his 800 PR of 1:52.23 into this weekend. He is entered in both the 800 and 3000 meter races.
