GIRLS: Lower Moreland's Kerry Kovacs repeated as BAL champ, winning big in 20:39 about 25 seconds ahead of second place Julia Mycek from new Hope-Solebury. In a tight team race, Dock Mennonite nipped New Hope-Solebury 50-54 for the win for Dock's second straight BAL title.

BOYS: Holy Ghost's Callahan Lennon also repeated as BAL Champ. The senior ran 16:53 for the win. Jenkintown's Jack Miller was second in 17:06 and Dock's Tim Kennel was third in 17:09. Holy Ghost kept rolling in the BAL, winning the team title with 33 points, 20 points up on second place Jenkintown.
