DIVISION I

Upper Dublin's Brian Kauffman, who has been PA#1 in the long jump since the calendar read 2016, will return in his primary event as the favorite on Saturday. St. Joe's Prep's Isaiah Ritchie, currently PA#4, will look to challenge the state leader.

Speaking of state leaders, Hatboro-Horsham's Nick Marino will return to the runway. The PA#1 in the pole vault hasn't lost yet this season and it doesn't look like he'll stop this weekend. His SB is 15-6.

Souderton's Shamar Jenkins, competing indoors for the first time this season, will take to the triple jump on Saturday. He's a returning outdoor state medalist in both the long and triple and should be worth competing an eye on.

In the shot put, the top entries are Bensalem's Yobani Moreno, LaSalle's Noah Walker, and Pennridge's Riley LaRiviere.

In the 60 meters, we'll see the season opener of Saint Joseph's Prep's D'Andre Swift. Swift, a 4-star running back signed to Georgia, will be one to watch in the short sprint. Coatesville's Jayland Washington and CR North's Mike Welde are also in the field.

The 60 hurdles should be a good battle between a trio looking to solidify state spots. Saint Joe's Prep's Miles Green will be one to watch, but Pennsbury's Nasan Robbins and Souderton's Stephen Scott should also contend.

In the 200 meters, watch for Green, along with Norristown's Austin Montgomery and the PA#2 in the 55 meters, Jeremy Jennings of Downingtown East. Saint Joe's Prep's Robert Dupell has been strong all season and he'll be favored in the 400 meters.

In the 800 meters, Quakertown's Hudson Delisle, CB West's Jake Claricurzio, and Pennsbury's Aidan Sauer will be among the ones to watch. Then Pennsbury's Jed Scratchard is entered in the mile in a solid field that includes Cheltenham's Will Griffen, Coatesville's Colin Mihalak, and Roman Catholic's Sean Brown. The 3000 meters will feature Souderton's Connor McMenamin, CB West's Brian Mass, and Pennsbury's Eric Kersten.

DIVISION II

Germantown Academy's Kyle Garland returns a week after flying in the 55-meter hurdles at Ocean Breeze (and clearing 6-10 in the high jump). He's entered in the 60-meter hurdles and will be the strong favorite. Garland is also entered in the long jump.

In the 60 meter dash, Glen Mills' Keon Rantin, Lower Merion's Ahmad Hall, and West Chester East's Jared Cooper are the top entries. Rantin is also entered in the 400 meters, along with Neumann Goretti's Kamil Jihad. Bonner & Prendie's Dave Whitfield is the top seed in the 800 meters.

The high jump is a matchup between a pair of athletes in the top ten in the state. Lower Merion's James Burton (PA#5) will duel Motivation's Nafese Mack (PA#10). Strath Haven's Dayo Abeeb is the one to watch in the triple jump. He currently sits at PA#3 in the event.

Friends' Central's Robby Saligman, currently PA#3, will look to keep his big season rolling into Saturday. West Chester Rustin's Charles Dever (PA#6) will be his top challenger. Then Rustin's Connor Cummings is the top seed in the shot put.
