Girls' Relays Preview
In the 4x800, Spring Ford, CB East, Conestoga, State College, and Unionville. All have strong mid-distance crews that could throw down some quality times to sure up a bid in the state meet.
In the 4x200, we'll see a very strong Norristown squad that sits at PA#2. It's been a little while since we've seen that team go all out with a 4x200 and though it's a flat track, it will still be interesting to watch on Saturday. They'll be challenged by a strong North Penn team. They went PA#3 at Ocean Breeze a few weeks ago. PA#4 Susquehanna Township and PA#5 Coatesville should make this a very exciting race.
Watch for strong teams like Cheltenham, Pennridge, North Penn, CB East and Downingtown East in the DMR later in the day. Then at the end of the meet in the 4x400, North Penn, Norristown, Susquehanna Township, Coatesville, State College and Friends' Central will be among the teams to watch for.
