What was your most memorable race/competition?

The Pennsylvania state championship 400m & NB Nationals 200m.

Where did you face your biggest competition?

Two places, NB Nationals and the Pennsylvania state championship

Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?

Having the opportunity to win 4 state championships in 2 sports.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?

I would change nothing, because I truly believe everything happens for a reason, so if it happen it was meant to happen.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

Going from sport to sport every year and not really being able to rest. Also sometimes having a mental block.

What will you miss the most?

The people that run track all over Pennsylvania. I've made many friends and met plenty of great people through track in PA. "PA don't play"

Do you have any advice for younger athletes?

Always put school first. With education you can go anywhere you want. Athletics is a bonus. And if you're good at it take full advantage of the opportunities it affords you.

My coaches are amazing and truly gave me the best opportunity to succeed. They affected my life goals because they showed me that it is truly possible to succeed in life.

I plan to attend the University of Pittsburgh in the spring and run track on a full scholarship.
