Lancaster-Lebanon League Championships - Meet Recap

For the third straight season, Cocalico's Jamie Zamrin is the Lancaster-Lebanon League champ. Zamrin ran an impressive 18:29 (the fastest time of all her wins) to take the victory by 11 seconds over runner-up Katie Locker of Elizabethtown Area.

The Manheim Township (PA#1) took home the Lancaster-Lebanon League title for the third straight season. The state's top team scored just 44 points to win by 56 points over second place Elizabethtown Area. Samantha Side (third in 18:52) and Kira Jenkins (fifth in 19:09) led the way for MT.

J.P. McCaskey's Lianna Tirado was fourth in 19:07.

Hempfield took a nice step forward in its season, winning the Lancaster-Lebanon League crown with 72 points, 30 points ahead of second place Cedar Crest. Hempfield's Christian Groff won the individual title by mere tenths of a second over second place Andrew Foster of Ephrata.

Cocalico's Evan Kreider was third, Elizabethtown's Christopher Scharf fourth, and Manheim Township's Ian Miller rounded out the top five.
