Philadelphia, PA - The Final Day of Penn Relays action is upon us. We're recapping the top moments from Day 3.

BEGINS AIRING APRIL 27-29

Girls 4x400m Heats:

The girls of J.P. McCaskey are still the champions of the 4x400m. They are the top finishers of the day for PA so far - after running 3:51.41 for 10th overall in the Championship of America heats. This time puts them firmly in the No. 1 position for PA, not missing a beat from the indoor season. Haverford comes with the next best time dropping to PA No. 2 after running 3:54.93 and they'll be through with the top seed in the Philadelphia Area final. 

Several other teams break 4-minutes including Cumberland Valley (3:57.78), Downingtown West (3:57.9), Central Columbia (3:58.09), Chester (3:58.68), William Penn Charter (3:59.05), and Upper Dublin (3:59.76).

Haverford, Downingtown West, Chester, William Penn Charter, Upper Dublin, Cheltenham, Engineering and Science, Bonner Prendergast, Penncrest and Downingtown East will represent PA in the Philadelphia Area Final.

High School Girls Philadelphia Area 4x400m:

Penn Charter brings home a bronze medal after running 3:55.47. Haverford is the next highest finisher in 5th place with a 3:56.65. Engineering & Science, Chester and Penncrest all finished in the top 8. 


High School Girls' 4x800 Championship of America:

Central Bucks West drops their state leading 4x800 time by 4 seconds in the championship final. They bettered their PA #1 by running 9:20.00.
