Host Manheim Township's girls team captured the Blue Streak Relays The Streaks only won one event, the 4 x 100 in 50.6, but placed 2nd in four other events to outscore Milton Hershey 65 to 54. Milton Hershey's girls 4 x 200 team went 1:44.6 and their 800 meter medley relay went 1:49.3. Hershey's girls team won 4 events sweeping the distance relays of the 4 x 1600, distance medley and 4 x 800 on the track, and captured the shot in the field. Individually, Megan Brigg set a stadium record in the girls' javelin with at throw of 130' 0" as Palmyra won the javelin relay.
On the boys side, Milton Hershey won four field events and placed second in three other to out score Hempfield and host Manheim Township. Milton Hershey took gold in the shot, discus, long jump and triple jump. Host Manheim Township won three events: the 4 x 1600 relay, distance medley relay in 10:39.3 and the sprint medley relay in 1:36.8. Susquehanna Township swept the remaining sprint relays taking gold in the 4 x 100 relay, 4 x 200 relay in 1:30.8 and the 4 x 400 relay 3:25.8.
