Training: AM: 60 mins. slow
PM: 30 mins., 40 mins. exercise
Day Mileage: about 10 miles
WEEK Mileage accumulated: 10 miles
Where: I got lost, so I\'m not sure, but boy did that 60 mins. fly!
WEATHER: Cold!

Training Details: Legs were pretty beat. I got my results on Excel from FritzBoss and I calculated all the paces into pace per mile. The last increment was at 5:05 per mile pace and I ran that pace for about 2,000 meters. I haven\'t run that pace in a while, but speed stuff is on its way!!! Tomorrow, 3 sets of 5 by 400 in Magglingen at our indoor track. Yes, it is banked!

PM: 25 minutes core exercise at the gym
Day Mileage: we\'ll say….11 miles
WEEK Mileage accumulated: 21 miles
Where: With Astrid, thank god! I wouldn\'t have made it alone today! Around Lerchenfeld on our road loop.
WEATHER: a bit warmer today! I would guess hi 30s low 40s.

Training Details: Mileage a bit lower this week because of my race on Saturday. The first qualifying races.
