JOSI
It feels so awesome running here in shorts and a sports bra..besides my complex about my belly. I have a stronger core and I feel it, but I don't like the way my stomach looks...Yeah, doesn't matter what it looks like as long as it is strong, but something about taking my shirt off makes me feel all self-conscious. Freaking womanly crappity crap. Anyway, besides the complex thing, it feels awesome to run around half naked in this gorgeous and perfect running weather. Our friends in Switzerland keep writing us and telling how it sucks there because of the fog, snow, and temperatures. Asi and I feel very lucky and are very thankful to be here. We both feel really motivated and are psyched for our workout tomorrow. In weather like this, our passion comes back for this sport since we don't have to break the mental barrier of bad weather...When I open my blinds in Thun and see the fog, stick my arm out the window to gauge the temperature and then decided how many long sleeves I have to put on, I fully have to kick my own ass out the door. Here, the weather lures us out with a happiness and running isn't a "drag." We had a good day today!! I will let Asi talk about our HILARIOUS night!!! It involves Josi with a microphone...god help us all...hah

"Asi's" Corner
After Dinner, Josi and me just wanted to go up to our room, because we both felt a little tired. But when we got to our room, I wasn`t tired enough to sleep already. It was only 20.00!!:-). So, I talked Josi into going out of the hotel to get some fresh air and to go to the coffee-bar where Fritz-Boss was already waiting. As we passed the hotel bar, we saw that tonight was "Karaoke" night. We saw that there were many older people sitting there, that we wanted to sing for them. We had to decide on a song and looked in the karaoke book. I chose Britney Spears "Lucky," because I knew it a little bit. Josi chose Build me Buttercup. We also sang "It's Raining Men" together. Josi was fully in her element on a stage. She danced so crazy that the old people nearly had to cry from laughing! But they also cried because of my bad voice, I think. Fritz-Boss walked in when we sang "It's Raining Men" and we saw him laughing at us. We met some old women from Scotland. They were so fun! Josi and I hope to have as much energy as they have when we are their age.
