2:00pm -- Course Open for Review
3:00pm � Coaches Meeting
3:30pm � Novice Race (Boys & Girls Combined, 2.1 miles)
4:00pm � Girls JV (Unlimited Number of Runners)
4:30pm � Boys JV (Unlimited Number of Runners)
5:00pm � Girls Varsity (7 Runners per Team)
5:30pm � Boys Varsity (7 Runners per Team)
6:20pm � Awards

ENTRIES: We will be using online entry for rosters this year. Deadline for entry is Monday, August 30. Please submit payment and signed team entry form to Fran McLaughlin (Athletics Office), Archbishop Wood High School, 655 York Rd., Warminster, Pa. 18974. Coaches must also submit their roster by this date online at PennTrackXC at HYPERLINK "pa.milesplit.us/" pa.milesplit.us/. Go to the Meet Calendar and click on the event to enter your athletes.

AWARDS: Plaques will be awarded to the top 25 finishers in the boys and girls� varsity and junior varsity races. The top 15 boys and girls finishers in the novice race will receive plaques. Plaques will be awarded to the top 3 Boys/girls teams in the varsity, JV races and novice races.

Tee Shirts, food and drink will be on sale at the pavilion. DJ will be on hand again to provide entertainment between races.

**Coaches please make note of the earlier starting time again this year. Our goal is to have all teams vacate the park before 7pm, well before sunset. Also note the Boys and Girls Novice Race will again be limited to 2.1 miles and not the full 5k. Please limit participation in the novice race to freshmen or inexperienced first-year runners. Again we will score the novice race and award plaques to the top three scoring teams as well as plaques for the individual awards for the novice race.
