About Me
I am the currently men's Head XC,Indoor Track and Outdoor track coach at Council Rock South. I have been coaching in the Council rock School District in some capacity since 2002. In 2015 I also started to help coach at AOC as my kids began running youth track and XC .I am a 1985 Graduate of Cheltenham High School where I ran XC and Track. I then went on to run XC and Track at Penn State. After graduating I ran for General Electric's Corporate Team and still compete locally.
