Christian Brothers Academy NJ won the DMR in a US#1 10:15. West Chester Henderson's Tony Russell led off the 1200 leg in 3:02. Henderson's DMR would finish 4th in 10:22.0 to move up to US#6! Henderson also added a PA#3 time of 8:00.3 in the 4x800 meter relay to finish 2nd. Ricky Moore and Shaheen Dow of Glen Mills ran 6.5 to place 5th and 6th in the 55 meter dash. Francis Jajua of Pennsbury ran 22.6 to tie for 5th in the 200 meter dash. Teammate Charles Snorweah ran 50.8 to tie for 3rd in the 400 meter dash. Sam Aziz (4:22.3) and Lyle Wistar (4:23.3) of Germantown Friends went 2-4 in the 1600 meter run. Ken Leidel of Downingtown West ran 9:30.3 to finish 3rd in the 3200 meter run. Lindon Caesar of Paul Robeson jumped 21-0.75 to finish 5th in the long jump. Ryan Pierson of Spring Ford cleared 14 feet to finish 3rd in the pole vault.

Fleetwood sophomore Cyre Virgo cleared a US#2 and PA#1 height of 5-9 in the high jump. Skylar Dantzler of Wilson (3) long-jumped a PA#11 17-2 and a PA#12 triple of 35-02.50. Also for the girls, Joslin Sellers of Lampeter Strasburg was a double winner, taking first in the 800 and the mile. In the boys' competition, the Schuylkill Valley shot put tandem of Jason Coon and Evan Arnott went one-two again, this time with Arnott approaching his season-best with a 57-8.50 effort, and Coon with a put of 57-0. Tyler Horton of Bethlehem Catholic won the 55 hurdles and the high jump, while Joe Vedilago of Northern Lebanon captured the 200 and the 400. |

Hempfield's Rachel Fyalkowski won the girls' shot with a throw of 39-6, seven inches shy of her PA#2 40-1 from last Saturday. Butler's Travis Reed topped the 50' mark by 4.5 inches to take top honors in the shot put. In the pole vault, Hempfield senior Lexi Masterson set a PR with her clearance of 11-9, which is tied for PA#2. Luke Aaron of Baldwin was over at 12-6 to take the boys' competition. |

Another invitational, the same result for Jason Coon and Evan Arnott of Schuylkill Valley in the shot put. The duo have made a habit out of finishing 1-2 at most meets they have competed in this season and today was no exception. Coon took the gold medal with a throw of 56-6 while Arnott threw 55-11.25 to finish 2nd. Wilson boys ran 3:33.37 to win the 4x400 meter relay by a big 15 seconds. Tory Long of Hempfield (3) won the 55 meter dash (6.78) and the 200 meter dash 24.11.
For the girls, Abington Heights clinch their spot in the state championship DMR with a winning time of 12:56.26. Taylor Ross led off in 4:01 for the 1200 meter leg, Miss Burke ran 1:07 on the 400 meter leg, Jenn Burke ran 2:32 on the 800 meter leg, and one of the rising stars of the indoor season, Tessa Barrett anchored the relay with a 5:16 1600 meter leg. Molly McKeon of Pope John Paul II ran 5:22.12 to win the 1600 meter run. Danielle Poletti of Hempfield (3) finished 2nd in the pole vault with a clearance of 11 feet. Hanna Brosky of Emmaus ran 2:22.37 to win the 800 meter run. Holly Sullivan of Owen J Roberts won the long jump (17-5) and the 400 meter dash (1:00.85). Cheyenne Brown of William Penn ran 26.73 to win the 200 meter dash. |

Hanna Green of Greater Latrobe finished 2nd in the 400 meter dash with a time of 56.32 and finally got a grasp of the top spot in the state in the event. Grace Trucillia of Villa Maria finished 6th in a loaded 800 meter run with a PA#6 time of 2:16.85. Teammate Claire Brown ran 2:18.09 to finish 8th. Villa Maria won the 4x800 meter relay with a time of 9:52.93. Dee Dee Adams of Freedom ran 11:16.80 to win the 3200 meter run. India McCoy of Ambridge Area cleared 5-4 to win the high jump. Rebekah Petty of Greenville won the pole vault with a PA#2 clearance of 12 feet. Sophia Fustos of Hickory threw 39-4.50 to finish 2nd in the shot put.
For the boys, Malik Moffett of Cathedral Prep soared all the way up to PA#2 and T-US#7 in the high jump with a winning clearance of 6-8. Jonathan Dorogy of Seneca Valley ran 7.01 to finish 5th in the 60 meter dash (PA#8) and finished 10th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.65 (PA#7). Dan Jaskowak of Grove City Area finished 7th in the 1600 meter run with a time of 4:29.77. Greg Miaczynski of Central Tech ran 8.47 to finish 3rd in the 60 meter hurdles. Nick Anderson of Kane Area cleared 13-6 to finish 3rd in the high jump. Luke Lewis of Hickory threw 57-3.50 to finish 3rd in the shot put. |

Butler ran 10:02.48 to win the 4x800 meter relay. Madison Williams of Peters Township cleared 10-11.75 to win the pole vault. Samantha Scherrer of Baldwin won the triple jump with a mark of 31-5.75.
For the boys, Joey Wall of Ringgold won the 55 (6.65) and 200 meter dashes (23.51). Torey Doaty of Pittsburgh Central Catholic ran 52.14 to win the 400 meter dash. Christian Labash of Baldwin ran 2:05.98 to win the 800 meter run. Pittsburgh Central Catholic won the 4x200 (1:36.98) and 4x400 meter relays (3:41.62). Gary Jackson of Baldwin won the long jump (21-00.75) and the triple jump (42-7). Alec Rideout of Canon-McMillan threw 49-9.25 to win the shot put. |

For the girls, Cardinal O'Hara won the team championship over Archbishop Ryan 128-104 with the whole team playing a part in the win against an Archbishop Ryan team who scored 3 places in the hurdles and took the top three places in the triple jump.
