Tichina Rhodes of Swenson ran 44.0 to win the 300 meter hurdles. Teammate Imani Harris ran 25.6 to win the 200 meter dash. Her teammate Amy Hicks ran 14.9 to win the 100 meter hurdles and jumped 16-6 to win the long jump. For the boys, Niager Mathis of Swenson won the 100 (11.1) and 200 meter dashes (22.6).

Fulani Freeman of Simon Gratz ran 10.7 to win the 100 meter dash and 15.1 to win the 110 meter hurdles. His teammates Nydair Rouse and Daquan Freeman each ran 22.5 to share the 200 meter win. For the girls, Miah Collins of Simon Gratz won the 100 (12.5) and 200 meter dashes (25.6).

The state of Pennsylvania ruled the high school DMR races on Friday at William & Mary with the LaSalle College boys picking up the W with a US#3 time of 10:17.77. Germantown Friends was close behind in a US#6 10:21.54. Brendan Bilotta of Lasalle ran 4:28.62 to finish 6th in the one mile run.
The girls also had a PA 1-2 finish of their own in the distance medley relay with Germantown Friends winning in a US#5 time of 12:11.54 and Great Valley finishing 2nd in a US#12 time of 12:18.18.
In the open Mile, West Chester Henderson mid-distance specialist Natalie Deacon ran a PR of 5:04.67 to win the mile, which converts to PA#2 for 1600 meters.
On Saturday, Stephanie Aldrich of West Chester Henderson ran 10:08.98 to finish 2nd in the 3000 meter run. She also ran a leg on the winning 4x800 meter relay team that ran a state leading 9:32.93 ahead of PA#3 Germantown Friends (9:36.07).
For the boys, Lasalle ran a state leading 7:56.69 to win the 4x800 meter relay. Brendan Bilotta of Lasalle ran 9:06.20 to finish 3rd in the 3000 meter run.

West Chester Henderson won the boys' DMR in a PA#3, US#9 time of 10:25.55, giving PA three DMRs inside the national top ten! Max Colby of Kennett won the high hurdles (16.11) and the intermediate hurdles (40.63). Vaughn Jenkins of Kennett cleared 6-4 to win the high jump.
For the girls, Kara Steinke, Methacton, posted a PA#2 3200 of 10:53.28. Courtney Smith (PA#5 5:08.25) and Emily Fisher of Unionville (PA#8 5:11.72) finished 1-2 in the 1600 meter run. Their teammate Kim Lapczynski won the long jump with a mark of 17-6.50. Adashia Franklyn of West Chester Rustin won the shot put with a PA#2 mark of 41 feet even.

Freshman Tori Derrow of host John Marshall climbed to No. 2 in the state with a 5-foot, 6-inch clearance, bettering the 5-4 jump by sophomore Sarah Bever of Parkersburg. Seniors Sydney Dotson of University and Stephen Rogalski of Magnolia dominated the dashes, with each claiming the 100-, 200- and 400-meter events.

Pennridge ran 4:06.0 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Amanda Benninghoff of Council Rock South cleared 11-6 to win the pole vault. Ella Fox of Pennridge threw 128-4 to win the javelin.

Defending AA boys 3200 meter champion Brendan Shearn of North Schuylkill won the 1600 (4:32.5) and 3200 meter runs (9:30.0). Tyler Hope of Tamaqua threw a state leading mark of 194-5 to win the javelin. Eric Hertzog of Tamaqua won the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 14.6. For the girls, Paige Stoner of Pottsvile won the 3200 (11:09.6) and 800 meter runs (2:25.0). Christine Streisel of Tamaqua threw a PA#3 mark of 140-2 to win the javelin. Emily Stauffer of Cocalico threw 42-7.50 to top the state list in the shot put. Carter Green of North Schuylkill threw 137-4 to win the discus.

Jimmy Brooks of Wilson (3) completed another 400-200-4x400 triple at Cumberland Valley. The indoor 400 meter All American improved on his PA#1 mark in the 400 meter dash with a winning time and PR of 48.12. He also ran a PA#3 time of 22.09 to win the 200 meter dash. Finally, the Wilson 4x400 meter relay improved on their formerly state leading time with a winning performance of 3:22.91. They are now PA#3.
Cumberland Valley ran a PA#2 time of 7:58.26 to cruise in the 4x800 meter relay. Alex Coburn of Cumberland Valley ran a PA#2 time of 1:56.33 to hold off PA#3 Christian Sanders of Upper Merion (1:56.78) and teammate Alec Kunzweiler (1:57.60).
Lower Dauphin won both long distance races, with Jeff Groh running a state leading 4:21.28 to win the 1600 meter run and Cole Nissley running 9:37.88 to win the 3200 meter run.
Jay Stone of Central York won the high hurdles (PA#3 14.56) and the intermediate hurdles (PA#2 38.58). Danny Jackson of Trinity jumped 22-5.75 to win the long jump. Jason Coon of Schuylkill Valley threw 56-10 to win the shot put ahead of teammate Evan Arnott and lead the state. Arnott did win the discus with a PA#2 throw of 181-1. Matt Krezmer of Montoursville threw 179-10 to win the javelin.
For the girls, Skylar Dantzler of Wilson (3) won the 200 meter dash (PA#4 25.38) and the triple jump (PA#3 36-3).
Rachel DeCecco of Cumberland Valley won the long jump (PA#4 17-10.50) and the 300 meter hurdles (PA#5 44.95).
Meredith Newman of Manheim Township won the 400 meter dash (PA#5 58.84) and the 800 meter run (PA#3 2:19.84).
Greta Lindsley of Penn Manor ran a PA#3 time of 5:03.81 to win the 1600 meter run. Upper Merion ran 4:05.79 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Jocelen Ruth of Kutztown Area won the discus (118-1) and the javelin (123-8).

Elk County Catholic junior Kennedy Weisner broke a rather formidable meet record by winning the 800 in 2:13.91. The record had been held by Homer Center grad Angel Piccirillo. Weisner also added a win in the 1600 meter run to her record day, running 5:07.34 to cruise by nearly 20 seconds. Elyse Skerpon of Sayre ran a meet record 46.23 to win the 300 meter hurdles. Hannah Mulhern of Altoona cleared a meet record height of 11-3 to win the pole vault. Her teammate Abby Wagner won the triple jump with a mark of 37-4. Morgan Nicholson of Kane threw 133-3 to win the javelin.
For the boys, John Cuozzo of Williamsport ran 39.63 to win the 300 meter hurdles and crack the state top five list. Williamsport ran 8:09.62 to win the 4x800 meter relay. Brent Kennedy of Kiski Area ran 4:29.60 to win the 1600 meter run. DeShae Lee of Altoona and Charles Wilson-Adams of Tyrone both cleared 6-4 in the high jump. Sean Rolick of Kane, Jared Neeley of Homer Center and Kolby Koeck each cleared 14 feet in the pole vault.

North Penn girls won five of the seven relays on the track highlighted by a 1:48.18 in the 4x200 meter relay and a 9:55.84 4x800 meter relay win. Ramona Benitez of Pocon Mountain West won the long jump (PA#5 17-8.50) and the triple jump (PA#3 37-1). For the boys, Stroudsburg won all four sprint relays highlighted by a 43.76 win in the 4x100 meter relay. Dan Boardman of North Penn and Donovan Clay of Stroudsburg each cleared 6-4 in the high jump.

Neshaminy added a state leading 43.10 to win the 4x100 meter relay. Qhyle Elijah of Bensalem won the 400 meter hurdles in a strong 55.37. His teammates took home the 4x800 meter relay in 8:00.66 and capped off the day with a big win in the 4x400 meter relay over indoor state champions Bensalem 3:17.18 to 3:17.72, both topping the state list. Joey Logue of Pennridge set a meet record in the 1500 meter run with a winning time of 3:57.49. Nick Smart of Cardinal O'Hara ran 1:57.65 to win the 800 meter run. Michael Class of Pennridge jumped 21-11.50 to win the long jump. Dan Savage of Cardinal O'Hara ran 15:25.72 to win the 5000 meter run.

PA schools had a lot of success in Delaware on a cool windy day at A.I. Dupont. Penn Wood had a lot of success on the boys and girls side. The girls finished 2nd in the 4x100 (49.72) and 4x200 meter relays (1:44.50). They also won the 4x400 meter relay in a PA#2 time of 3:56.70 with Avon Grove finishing 2nd in 4:03.60. Avon Grove also ran 12:40.45 to win the distance medley relay. Moriah Fitzgerald of Avon Grove cleared 10-7 to win the pole vault by over 2 feet. Teammate Ellie Pollack won the long jump (16-11.75) and triple jump (37-1.50). For the boys, Penn Wood ran a PA#5 time of 3:24.40 to win the 4x400 meter relay, they finished 2nd in the 4x800 (8:20.86) and finished 4th in the 4x200 meter relay (1:33.93). Norristown ran 43.18 to win the 4x100 meter relay and earn PA#3 honors while Chester ran 1:32.82 to win the 4x200 meter relay.

For the boys, Niager Mathis of Swenson and Wellington Zaza of Garnet Valley put on a show. Mathis won two events, taking the 100 meter dash in a state leading time of 10.69 and won the 200 meter dash in 21.80. Zaza meanwhile won the 300 meter hurdles in a state leading time of 38.40 and clocked a 10.98 prelim 100 meter time on his way to a 3rd place finish. Adam Bodine of Haverford ran 4:24.51 to win the 1600 meter run. Malik Jones made his return to the track in a Ridley shirt and won the 400 meter dash in a PA#4 time of 49.33. Billy Caldwell of Downingtown East ran a state leading 1:56.29 to win the 800 meter run, wtih Strath Haven's Jack Huemmler a click back at 1:57.08, now PA#5. Ridley ran a PA#2 time of 3:23.11 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Max Norris of Harriton cruised to the 3200 meter gold in 9:26.94. Ethan Shalaway of Boyertown threw 185-7 to win the javelin.

Central Bucks South girls ran 4:02.47 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Owen J Roberts ran a PA#2 time of 9:34.11 to win the 4x800 meter relay. Springford won the pole vault (16 feet even), discus (169-9) and javelin relays (171-8). Girls High won the long jump (32-9) and triple jump relays (70-8.75).
For the boys, Simon Gratz won the 4x100 (43.60) and 4x200 meter relays (1:32.07). Spring-Ford ran a PA#6 time of 3:25.83 to win the 4x400 meter relay. Spring Ford took home the discus (221-8) and javelin relays (288-3).
