2006 Foot Locker Finalist Paul Springer of Unionville high school, has made a verbal commitment to attend and compete for the University of Notre Dame, where he'll join former PA star Jake Walker of Elwood City, who is now a freshman. After his last visit to one of the top Ivy League programs, Springer says it call came down to fit. Springer will go for an indoor state title in the mile on Saturday at the PTFCA Indoor Championships.
