The 2013 champions Central Cambria have been moved up to AA this season, making the 2014 Class A championship anyone’s for the taking. Penn Cambria have dropped down to Class A and will be one of three teams to have five sub 20 minute runners, including top returner Garrett Sutton. Bishop McCort and St Joseph’s Catholic Academy will look to contend with the newcomers, while Penns Valley will be led by Nick Fuller, the 2nd best returner and the runner up from last year. Julius Eckroth of Richland will be contending with Fuller and Sutton for the gold medal, entering the season as the 3rd best returner.
