Defending individual champion Zack Wierzchowski of Carrick is back to defend his title and he will lead his team into a head to head team chase with Taylor Allderdice. Floyd Nichols and Josh Somers, two of three sub 18 minute runners entering 2014, will lead Taylor Allderdice back to the top, where Carrick sit as defending district champions.
