The junior class of 2016 has a trio at the top that have highly impressed in their first two seasons. But will this season bring long awaited state gold?
Mady Clahane of Cumberland Valley finished in the top three at states last season and in the top 15 at Foot Locker Northeast. Kelsey Potts of Mount Lebanon was also a top five finisher in Hershey last season and will be the top girl on her team in 2014. Madeleine Davison of North Allegheny gave Brianna Schwartz a run for her money in track last year. Perhaps this fall will be her opportunity to overcome everyone and become champion.
Olivia Sargent and Hannah Molloy of Pennsbury are back to help their sqaud get back to the top of the state after a runner up finish last year. This duo will be key to the team's success in the state, the region, and the nation.
