Kate Ross is 2-for-2 in her efforts to qualify for the ITU Junior Elite World Triathlon Championships. Ross secured a return trip to the world meet — slated for Aug. 30 in Hamburg, Germany — by winning the July 14 USAT Junior Elite Cup Pittsburgh Triathlon in 1 hour, 6 minutes, 57 seconds.
