Methacton HS sophomore jumping specialist Carlton Lavong was in a serious car accident earlier the week of January 27. He was discharged from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Wednesday. None of his injuries were life-threatening and doctors are very optimistic that he will have a full recovery. He's hoping( planning) to be back for ourdoor. Carlton's 46-04.75 triple jump currently leads the PA rankings, while his 22-06.50 long jump is PA#2. Both marks put him top 25 in the U.S. this season.
