Don Rich Jan 08, 2004 North Allegheny\'s Amy Ruffolo and Moon\'s Samantha Howard have committed to Duquesne University. Ruffolo was 11th in the 2003 State Championship AAA Girls\' Meet, while Howard was 21st.
