Foot Locker Nationals are here this weekend! Before Jake Brophy and Madeleine Davison toe the line at Balboa Park let's take a look back at PA's shining moment from the national championship: Tessa Barrett's 2013 win. The Abington Heights runner shocked even herself, besting the field over 5,000 meters to become the first Foot Locker champion from PA.
