WATCH: Ade Jones-Roundtree's PA#1 200 Meters

Imhotep's Ade Jones-Roundtree had a monster indoor season. It appears the junior has carried that momentum into the outdoor season.

While the snow and cold put a stop to a large batch of this weekend's meets, Jones-Roundtree and his team took a nice spring trip down to South Carolina for the Taco Bell Classic. He didn't disappoint running a 21.90 on Friday in his preliminary heat. That qualified him for the finals on Saturday where he placed ninth overall with a time of 22.05 (the third fastest 200, including his prelim time from Friday, in the state).

After winning the state title in the 60 meters indoors, it looks like Jones-Roundtree is primed for an even bigger spring campaign.
