What was your most memorable race/competition?
My most memorable race was the 2016 Baldwin Invitational. I ran the 800
and it was a great experience. I went the previous two years but didn't medal,
and this year I dropped a 1:53 for third place, which I was really happy with.
Where did you face your biggest competition?
My biggest competition I faced was at WPIALS and States but it was always
fun racing against my rivals even if I didn't win.
Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
1:53 800 at Baldwin and 3rd place at WPIALS in 2015
If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
I would've
taken XC more seriously.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
When my teammate graduated last year it was hard because I had no one to chase during the workouts.
What will you miss the most?
I'm going to miss all the friends I made and close friendships with the people I raced against.
Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
Always listen to your coach and have fun
How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals overall?
He never gave up on me and he always pushed me to do my best.
What are your college plans?
I'll be attending Duquesne University and running for them.
Shout-Outs?
Maura Whelan, Arla Sisson, and Coach Moul.
