Henderson\'s Greg Williams has the top 3000 time in PA by less than a second over Steve Hallinan of O\'Hara. In the process, he broke the 9:08.3 1998 record set by former Henderson star Ben Showers. Mike Wray, Central, also set a meet record, taking the 55 Hurdles in 7.6 seconds, bettering the mark of 8.0 set by Neshaminy\'s Tony LaRocco, set in 1998. In the 300 meters, West Catholic\'s Seth Mitchell won in 37.6 seconds, getting the nod over LaSalle\'s Drew Brandt, who was awarded the same time.
