VIRTUAL MEET

Cardinal O'Hara has been the class of DELCO for a long time, and that dominance should continue into this weekend. The state's #3-ranked squad is favored to take the win with a top group led by defending meet champ Ryan James along with PA#25 Gavin Inglis and Patrick James.

Ryan James will have a tough test on his hands if he wants to repeat individually. Springfield's Liam Galligan beat James at Briarwood and looks to be the favorite. Galligan has been in training hibernation since that win at Belmont Plateau, so we'll see what kind of shape he's in come Saturday.

Penncrest's Avery Lederer has also had a strong season and he could definitely challenge up front. Haverford's James Abrahams won at Briarwood in the Division I race and has the ability to run with the top names after a third place finish last season in this meet. Inglis and Patrick James should all be there fighting for top five spots. Upper Darby's Syed Shah can't be counted out either.

It will be hard to compete with O'Hara, but Penncrest, Strath Haven, Radnor, and Haverford will be among the squads fighting for second in the county.
