Boys' Preview

Neshaminy's Rusty Kujdych took third at this meet a year ago, but the junior has been on a whole other level this season and seems primed for another victory. Kujdych has won this season at Council Rock and took third against strong fields at Briarwood and Paul Short. He blasted a 15:25 last week at Lehigh.

Looking to challenge the favorite are two from the host school. William Tennent's Evan Hutton and Sean Rahill. Both ran sub-16 last week at Paul Short to finish in the top ten. Council Rock North is led up front by Ryan Campbell and Bryan Keller, who will have their eyes on the top five. Twin Valley's Matt Coakley and Central Bucks West's Brian Mass should both be in the conversation.

Council Rock North are the team favorites. The PA#4 squad won at their home invite a few weeks ago. Last year at this meet, North's top five all finished in spots 17-21 with a 12 second gap. Four of those runners return from that squad and they're even stronger this season.

Central Bucks West and hosts Tennent will look to challenge North. Both are considered on the bubble for a state qualifying spot in the tough District 1, but they could make big statements on Saturday.
