Boys' SOL American Conference Championships Recap
Cheltenham's Will Griffen won the race and his Panthers squad took home its first conference title in 17 years. Griffen, who has a goal of making states next week at districts, ran 16:21, a PR to outlast runner-up Ben Hoyer of Wissahickon. Hatboro-Horsham took the next two spots with Kyle Hontz (third in 16:41) and Brendan Quinn (fourth in 16:42). Watch an interview with Griffen below:
Cheltenham edged out Hatboro-Horsham for the team title, 44-51. Wissahickon was third with 59 points.
