Northwest PA Invitational (D10 Regions 4, 5 & 6)
Harbor Creek got some revenge on Seneca in a battle of District 10's top teams. After Seneca beat Harbor Creek at HC's home invite, it was Harbor Creek that took Saturday's Northwest PA Invite.
Seneca's Donovan Myers took the individual title, repeating as region champ and winning his third invite of this season. Myers clocked in at 16:30 for the win. The Harbor Creek sophomore duo of Ryan Starveggi and Aiden Weber took second and third respectively. Christian Babo was seventh as Harbor Creek scored 43 points to beat Seneca by 30 points.
Youngville's Brooklyn Messinger took home the title on the girls' side. She beat out the strong Union City duo of Abbie Anaya and Alyssa Boyd for the win. Messinger timed in at 19:40 for the victory. Warren freshman Naomi Hahn took fourth in 20:14.
Warren scored 58 points for a big team win. Union City was second and North East took third.
