St. Hubert's star Amy Kelly will be joining the PA running fraternity at North Carolina State. Her verbal commitment will mean she is joining State XC Champ Josi Lauber of Oxford and Villanova-transfer Renee Gunning of Pennridge. The Price twins of Penn-Trafford HS also competed at NC State.
