Friday brought some good action at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational on the campus of Penn State University.
State College Area swept the team titles, beating out West Virginia's University for the wins on both the boys and girls sides. Individually, there were a pair of impressive performances turned in. Isabel Sagar of Loyalsock won her second race in as many weeks, running 18:05 to win the girls race. Penns Valley Area's Colton Sands went 15:54 to take the boys race.
