The PTFCA State Championship is upon us. Over the next few weeks, we will analyze each team's sprinters, distance runners, and field events specialists to determine who is the most well-rounded and has a shot at being the best team in the state. This week, we are looking at the top distance teams.

Looking at the top schools, depth in your lineup will be the key for the distance side. The top five schools have at least one relay in the top 15 in the state and at least one athlete in the top 15 in at least one event. 

Disclaimer: Scoring is the top 20 athletes in PA get points. 20 points for the best, 19 for second, and so on down to 20th who gets 1 point.
