Ephrata threw down a pair of PA#1s in the distance events. Tyler Shue went 4:20.86 to take sixth in a very stacked boys invitational mile. That moves him to the top of the state rankings. In the 2 mile, his teammate Andrew Foster also went to PA#1, running 9:31.92 for 14th in the boys invitational race.

Haverford Township continued its strong season in the distance relays. The Fords were fifth in the invitational DMR in 10:39.48, taking over the PA#1 in what is proving to be a very competitive event in PA this winter. Haverford 

Daniel Layton of Waynesburg Central put down a season best in the 55-meter hurdles. The senior went 7.71 in the prelims to place 12th, just missing the finals. Layton now sits at PA#2 in the 55mH (and PA#4 in the 60mH)

Neshaminy's Savion Hebron had a busy weekend in VA. In the 200 meters, Hebron took down the meet record in the NB Qualifier section, running 21.90 for the win. That's a PA#2 time for the senior. Kai Cummings of Germantown Friends went PA#4 22.14 for third in the race. Hebron went 6.60 in the 55 meters for 13th in the prelims. He went 34.38 for fourth in the 300 meters, as well.
