Warren's 41+ Jump Is No. 1: Top 1000 Girls Triple Jump Returners

Perkiomen Valley's Christina Warren has won a number of gold medals in her track and field career. She'll be the one to beat once again in the triple jump this spring. She'll be going for her third straight outdoor state crown in AAA and her fifth overall in the event (counting indoors).

Last year, Warren jumped her career best of 41-01.5 last spring at Henderson. The Arizona State signee went on to win the state crown. She's been consistently eclipsing the 40-foot barrier in her career and seems primed for a big final high school season.

West York Area's Tesia Thomas jumped 39-4.5 last spring. Before taking second to Warren at indoor states, Thomas joined the 40-foot club this past winter with a leap of 40-5 at Susquehanna. She'll be Warren's top threat for the upset in AAA. North Penn's Natalie Kwortnik, fourth at states last year, is the only other returning AAA state medalist back from last year.
