Megan Lamens of Berlin Brothers, a sophomore, won the Javelin with a throw of 132-11. She also captured the Triple Jump, leaping 34-00.50. Berlin Brothers\' Megan Elder, a freshman, showed the district how it\'s done in the 1600 and 3200 with wins of 5:25.03 and 11:49.11. Windber\'s Nichole Gardner took the 100 Hurdles in 16.29 and 300 Hurdles in 48.77. Bedford sophomore Derrick Harris leapt 21-06 in the Long Jump. McConnellsburg senior Jordan Hess won the Shot Put (52-04.50) and the Discus (148-02). Kevin Bittner, Berlin Brothers, tossed the Jav 175-10. Donnie Sanner, Meyersdale, went 4:35.08 and 9:56.35 for the distance double.
