Manheim Township's Sydney Horn (above) cleared 13-6 last spring as a junior en route to winning the outdoor state title in AAA. Along with Liliana Cohen of Germantown Academy, who also cleared 13-6 last year during her junior year, Horn leads the list of pole vaulters.
