The PIAA will allow more spectators in for the PIAA Track & Field State Championships, the PIAA announced Tuesday.
Initially, the PIAA had allotted two spectator tickets per athlete for the state meet, set for Friday, May 28 and Saturday, May 29 at Shippensburg University's Seth Grove Stadium. Now the PIAA has opened it up for additional tickets for the general public to attend.
Tickets are $8 plus fees and will be available to purchase online only and will go on sale at 9 AM on Wednesday, May 25. This will not affect the sale to families who previously received ticket codes from the PIAA. Tickets will be available for purchase online here.
Spectators are encouraged to wear masks, but will not be required for guests who are fully vaccinated or those who can maintain social distancing.
