Two former PA State Champs competed at the NACAC Under-23 Championships in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Dominique Darden (Harrisburg-University of Miami), took 2nd in the 400 Hurdles in 57.02. Jamaica's Shevon Stoddart won in 56.86. And Ryan Sheehan (Baldwin, St. Francis University), was 3rd in the 5000, going 14:59.84. He had been scheduled to race the 10000, but that race was cancelled because of too few competitors.
