Holy Ghost Prep dominated the Division II, taking four of the top five spots for just 26 points behind Steve Van Wert's 15:07 for 2.9 miles. Neshaminy won the Division I race with 39 points. In the girls races, Christopher Dock won Division II behind Beth Lambright's 17:38. Dock placed four running in the top 8 of the Division. Alison Sikora paced Council Rock North to the Division I title with 48 points, going 17:46. Rock placed four harriers in the top six of the Division.
