Rust = Busted.
For Ryan Pajak (Ringgold), a trip to Ohio resulted in a new PA No. 1 and a US No. 8. Pajak cruised to a 4:13.41 1600m at the SPIRE Ohio Preview.
For most of the race he actually followed Elizabeth Forward's Patrick Burgos, but with about 400m remaining, Pajak unleashed a fatal kick to separate himself by five seconds.
Pajak also ran the 800m. He posted a 1:55.53, a current US No. 22 and PA No. 3.
Samuel Endres (State College) and MJ Pottinger (Grove City) also ran the 1600m. They both posted respectable times, 4:23.30 and 4:23.71. They are ranked at the PA No. 7 and PA No. 8 spots.
