Grace Fritzman (West Allegheny): Fritzman had an impressive double at the Butler Invitational, winning the 1600-meter in a season-best 4:57.59 and the 3200-meter in a season-best 10:48.61.
Amirah Nesmith (Cheltenham): Nesmith rolled her way to two blazing personal bests at the Penn Wood Rap Curry Invitational. She won the 100-meter in a US Top 10 11.46. As for the 200-meter, she clocked a US Top 50 23.95.
Alexis Bansah (Winchester Thurston): Bansah takes over as the PA No. 2 in the triple jump after a huge performance at the Butler Invitational. In a personal best effort, she covered 40-1.5.
