Central placed two in the top five to start the low scoring, but Josh Eddy of North Hills won in 16:23. In the boys small schools race, Moon won with 95, as Freeport\'s S. Sarver took individual honors in 16:44. In the girls large schools race, North Allegheny took their 2nd place showing at Carlisle and took it up one for first with 65 points. Baldwin was 2nd. Latrobe\'s Liz Brickley won in 19:18. In the small schools race it was Mars on top with K. Roll of Shady Side Academy first in 20:01.
