In the Boys 4x400, the Downingtown West crew of Josiah Wade, Ryan Witherspoon, Olo Kolade, and Andrew Ernst broke the State Record, running a time of 3.12.69 and is now ranked 13th nationally. They broke a record that has been held since 1996 by Glen Mills School

The squad from Blue Mountain represented PA well in the 4x100-meter relay, making the finals and running a 41.78. The team was Kole Luckenbil, Chase Guers, Gaige Guers, and Cole Swick. Being one of the two USA teams in the race was truly meaningful for them. For full thoughts, check out their interview here

Continuing with relays, the boys 4x800 Championships of America saw Manheim TownshipNorth Penn, and Saint Joseph's Prep all represent PA. Manheim and Saint Joseph's were neck and neck going into the home leg, but it was Manheim that took the lead with a stellar team of  Ethan Peffley, Adam Kingston, Andrew Kemper, and Coleman Stevens running a 7:40.85. This time is a new PA leading time and a top 10 time in the Nation thus far this season. The teams of Saint Joseph's Prep, who were Noah Popp, Robert Mallery, Jalen Williams, and Brady Falconand North Penn's team of Kyle Gordon, Eric Boyce, Justin Landis, and Musa Herzi, both were able to break into the top 20 times nationally. 

Moving onto open events, we saw Mifflin County's Carter Smith run the full mile. He registered a time of 4:11.14 which is a new PA State #1. 

In the longest distance of the day, Vinay Raman from Hershey lead the way for PA athletes in the 3000, clocking a time of 8:20.25 which placed him fifth. While he hasn't run a full 3200 yet in outdoor, his converted time from today would see him sit in third in the state rankings. Isaac Opperman from State CollegeBrock Yoder from Malvern Prep ,and Nicholas Mazzeo from Lower Merion  also competed and finished 9th, 10th, and 11th respectively, capping off a strong display for PA boys in the event. 

On the field JOACHIM JOHNSON  from Episcopal Academy Tripple Jumped 48-7 for 2nd and still holds the top seed in PA.
