Kalyn Fischer, Lewisburg, 2:14.97 800 at Lock Haven to earn PA#1 honors in the event. Erica Kisel of Waverly ran 58.95 to win the 400, Casey Danowski of Lewisburg won the long jump with a mark of 17-04.50, Rachel Fatherly of Williamsport won the shot put with a throw of 38-07.75, and Laura Loht of Indian Valley won the javelin with a PA#2 mark of 144-07. For the boys, Michael Brode of Indian Valley won the long jump with a mark of 22-07.50 and won the javelin with a PA#4 mark of 185 feet even, and won the 100 meter dash in 11.21 and 200 in 23.02. Chris McCarty of Waverly cleared 14-6 to win the pole vault. Alex Monroe of Indian Valley won both the 1600 (4:25.98) and the 3200 (9:29.06)

Elizabeth Rose of Schenley won both hurdle events, running 15.62w to win the 100 meter hurdles and 46.29 to win the 300 meter hurdles. She was also a member of the winning 4x100 meter relay. Tori Patera of Elizabeth Forward won the shot put with a new state leading mark of 41-02.50. For the boys, Mark Tomich of Belle Vernon won both the 200 meter (23.17) and the 400 meter dashes (50.59) and Schenley ran 43.50 to win the 4x100 meter relay. Matt Green of Belle Vernon won both the long jump (21-04) and the triple jump (42-03.50).

Gavin Colley of Tunkhannock was a triple sprint winner on the day, running 11.0 to win the 100, 22.8 to win the 200, and 50.5 to win the 400. Teammate Reece Ayers was a double winner, winning the mile in 4:29 and the 3200 in 9:42. Dan Cason of East Stroudsburg South won both the long jump (20-07.50) and the triple jump (44-05). For the girls, Ramonia Benitez of Pocono Mountain West was a triple winner, taking the 400 in 61.6, the 300 hurdles in 48.3, and the long jump with a mark of 16-11.50. Natasha McLaren of Stroudsburg cleared 5-6 to win the high jump and tie for the state lead.

Margo Malone of North Hills completed the 1600/3200 double with winning performances of 5:07.27 in the 1600 and 11:16.43 in the 3200. Iman Wilkerson of Penn Hills ran 25.98 to win the 200 meter dash, teammate Jordan Lee ran 59.55 to win the 400 meter dash, and Penn Hills ran 4:03.08 to win the 4x400 meter relay. In the field, Brittany Edwards of Baldwin cleared 38-07.50 to win the triple jump and Brianna Lumley of Butler won the shot put with a throw of 39-07.50.
On the guys side, Pat Cochran of McDowell won the triple jump with a leap of 44-06.75 and Jordan Paskorz of Hampton won the shot put with a throw of 50-02. Baldwin ran 7:59.16 to win the 4x800 meter relay, Brandon Ifill of Penn Hills ran 22.15 to win the 200, Gateway ran 43.81 to win the 4x100 meter relay, Dorian Rumble of Penn Hills ran 1:58.37 to win the 4x800 meter relay, and Penn Hills ran 3:24.01 to win the 4x400 meter relay.

For the girls, Olivia Bolles of Villa Maria ran 58.92 to win the 400 meter dash, Janie Augustyn of Henderson ran 2:19.39 to win the 800 meter run, and Hollis Coleman of Perkiomen Valley won the long jump with a mark of 17-04.

Shikellamy won four boys sprint relays, including both sprint medleys, the 4x100 and the 4x200 meter relays, and won the high jump, triple jump, and shot put relays in the field. Southern Columbia won both the 4x800 and the distance medley relays. For the girls, Hughesville won the 800 sprint medley, the 4x100 and the distance medley relays, while Mount Carvel won the javelin and discus relays.

AA Boys action featured Nicholas Patton of Tyrone Area winning the 400 meter dash in 48.57 and winning the 200 meter dash in 22.67. Tommy Gruschow of Trinity won the 1600 in 4:28.76 and was 2nd to teammate Derek Pawlush in the 800 meters. They ran 1:59.06 and 1:59.34 respectively. Richard Somiari of Richland won the triple jump with a mark of 45-08, Jake Brenza of Trinity won the shot put with a mark of 51-03.50 and won the discus with a mark of 165 feet even.
For AAA boys it was the Altoona show once again. Brady Gehret and Wade Endress led the way for the indoor state champions, with Endress winning both the 1600 (4:21.57) and the 800 meter runs (1:58.69), while Gehret won the long jump (22-03.00) and the 200 meter dash (21.56). Both Endress and Gehret were on the winning 4x400 meter relay that won in 3:22.66. Deron Lee, who was also on the winning 4x4, added to the good day by winning the triple jump with a mark of 44-03. Charles Lockwood of Dallastown ran 9:25.65 to win the 3200 meter run. Derek Hart of Manheim Central cleared 6-4 to win the high jump, Eric Hunter of Northampton cleared 14 feet even to win the pole vault, Chris Carper threw 197-03 to win the jaevlin and trail by one inch behind the state leader, and Corey Johnson of Chambersburg won the shot put with a mark of 52-10.25.
AA Girls featured non-PIAA school Academy of Notre Dame (right competing in AA 1600, in photo by Don Rich) showing the state the kind of impact they can have in AA. They swept all three relays, winning the 4x100 in 50.76, the 4x400 in 4:15.50, and the 4x800 in 10:08.80. Maura McKendrick won the 100 meter dash in 12.52 and the 200 meter dash in 25.87, while Maria Seykora ran 11:04.87 to win the 3200 meter run.

Alyssa Lombardo of Saucon Valley ran 58.71 to win the 400 meter dash, Allison Updike of Tamaqua Area won the javelin with a throw of 139-09, Rachael Kotula of Bermudian Springs won the triple jump with a mark of 36-11.25, and Ashlee Ward of Elmer L. May cleared 5-4 to win the high jump.
For AAA Girls, Jordan Hoyt of Abington Heights (left in photo by Don Rich) ran 12.21 to win the 100 meter dash, and 25.42 to win the 200. Both Chloe Schmidt of State College and Morgan Sheaffer of West Perry exchanged first and second place finishes, with Sheaffer winning the 400 in 59.42 and Schmidt winning the 800 in 2:16.82. Lindsay Kerr of Northwestern Lehigh ran 5:08.11 to win the 1600 while Kayleigh Perry of ELCO ran 11:13.21 to win the 3200. Brittany Howell of Cheltenham ran 14.86 to win the 100 meter hurdles and led her 4x100 to victory in 50.17. Howell also won the long jump with a mark of 17-06.25. Ashley Corum of Carlisle jumped 38-00.50 to win the triple jump, Margo Britton of Dallastown won the shot put with a throw of 38-06, and Kelley Anne Stuetz of Cheltenham cleared 5-4 to win the high jump.

In the girls competition, the Norristown Sprint Medley Relay of Rowanna Watson, Nikole Smith, Alexis Bell and Rowanna Smith ran a PA#1 time of 4:20.3. Upper Dublin's Taylor Morgan cleared 5-2, and along with teammate Bridget Dunn's 4-6, won the high jump relay. Plymouth Whitemarsh's Haley Gorefflo cleared 10-6 in the pole vault. She and her teammate Katie Biddle took the event's relay. Boys: Cheltenham's sprint medley of Adam Heath, Brandon Bennett-Greene, Matt Gilmore, and Bernard Bennett-Green ran 3:29.5, and 4x400 relay captured first in 3:21.6. The Wissahickon 4x200 relay hit 1:29.0, with Norristown in a close second at 1:29.5. The discus, Discus, Lance Cobbs, Upper Moreland, threw 136-1, Terrence Edwards, Norristown went 134-4.

For the girls, Leighandra Williams of Rochester won the 100 meter dash with a meet record time of 12.2 and Elise Farris of Hopewell won the 400 meter dash (60.7) and the 800 meter run (2:22.4). Pennsbury girls took over the top spot in PA in the distance medley with their winning time of 12:18.29 and also took the top spot in the 1600 meter sprint medley relay with their winning performance of 4:09.57. North Penn became the 2nd team this season to crack the four minute mark in the 4x400 mete relay with their winning time of 3:59.53. In the field relays, Lansdale Catholic won both the shot put and discus relays, while Gwynedd Mercy Academy won the pole vault and high jump relays, and Pennridge won the long and triple jump relays.
For the boys, Lasalle ran the fastest time in PA in the 4x1600 meter relay (17:52.17), Central Bucks South took the top spot in the 4x200 meter relay (1:29.53) and the 3rd best time in the 4x100 meter relay (42.51). In the field relays, Hatboro Horsham won the shot put, the discus, and the triple jump relays to be the only guys team to win multiple field relays.

Anthony Jordan of Cathedral Prep and Brandon Adkins of Strong Vincent both ran 11.03 in the 100 meter dash and Jacob Kildoo of Grove City Area set two meet records in winning the 1600 (4:26.09) and the 3200 meter runs (9:34.75). John Trucilla of Cathedral Prep won the javelin with a throw of 191-10.50 for a meet record, and Josh Niswonger of General McLane won the triple jump with a mark of 43-04. For the girls, Fawn Miller of Lakeview added 35 feet to the meet record in the javelin with a mark of 149-04, which is the best in PA and US#3! Emily Woods of Hickory threw 39-10 to win the shot put and threw 132-06.50 to win the discus, and Kara Mostoller of Reynolds won the long jump with a mark of 17-05.50 and won the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.69.

Chester girls won both the 4x100 (49.76) and the 4x400 (4:02.15). Downingtown East ran a PA#2 time in the 4x800 meter relay, winning in 9:31.26. Strath Haven won the 4x1600 (21:51.34) and the sprint medley relays (4:19.39). In the field, Anna McCloskey of Cardinal O'Hara had the best throw in the shot put (38-11) and the discus (100-02) and Penncrest had the the 1st and 3rd best marks in the javelin. For the boys, Moyo Wills of Spring Ford had the best mark in the triple jump (43-01.50), Hiree Peoples of Girard College and Marcus Blakely of Coatesville both cleared 6-6 in the high jump, Conestoga won both the 4x100 (43.23) and the 4x200 meter relays (1:30.52) while Penncrest won the shuttle hurdles (1:05.13), the sprint medley (3:35.93) and the 4x400 meter relays (3:24.52).

Athens Area junior Jarred Gambrell captured two events; the triple jump with a 47-02.50 and the long jump with his 20-09; and took 2nd in the 200 in 23.27. Several teammates also did well, with Clay McCarty taking the shot put with a toss of 51-11.25; Kyle Pane getting runner-up in the 110 hurdles with a 15.44; and Dan Riley going 11.47 for 3rd in the 100. Swenson girls returned closer to full strength and had a strong day all around. Shanae Bailey made her final high school outdoor season debut in style by winning the 100 meter hurdles in 14.80 and was part of the winning 4x100 (49.07) and 4x400 meter relay teams (3:58.82). Iyisha Weaver of Paul Robeson took over the state lead in the long jump with a strong mark of 18-08, and Spring Gamble of Girls High won the shot put with a mark of 39-07.50. For the boys, Brandon Thompson of Germantown High school ran 14.74 to win the 110 meter hurdles, while Northeast High School swept all of the sprint relays, running 43.14 to win the 4x100, 1:30.28 to win the 4x200, and 3:25.45 to win the 4x400. Daniel Harris of Germantown High School jumped 42-06 to win the triple jump.
