For the girls, Alyssa Lombardo took over the state lead in the 400 meter dash with a time of 56.1, Heather Selheimer of North Penn ran a PA#2 time of 2:15.9 to win the 800 meter run, teammate Kayla Charles won both the 100 hurdles (15.0) and the 300 meter hurdles (45.8), Danielle Smith of Whitehall won both the 100 (12.2) and the 200 meter dashes (25.7), Natasha McLaren of Stroudsburg won the triple jump (37-08.75/PA#4) and the high jump (5-6/T-PA#1). Dominique Best of William Allen is not 2nd best in PA in the long jump with her winning mark of 18-10. Amanda Faust of Emmaus ran 11:09.6 and Lindsay Kerr of Northwestern Lehigh ran 5:07.1 to win the 1600. For the relays, Liberty ran 9:35.2 to win the 4x800 meter relay.

Julia Koloski of Montrose Area won the long jump with a mark of 17-06, and won the triple jump with a PA#3 mark of 38-06.75. Kaylea Zick of Lackawanna won the discus (114-11) and the shot put (35-03). In what may have been the best overall 800 meter run in a high school only competition in state history, Sam Ellison made the national top ten list in the 800 meter run with his state leading and US#7 time of 1:52.38, with Drew Magaha of Upper Moreland (1:53.27) and Sam Negley of Plymouth Whitemarsh (1:53.39) earning PA#2 and PA#3 honors in the same race.
Brandon Thompson of Germantown High School took over the state lead in the 300 hurdles with his winning time of 38.09, and then he ran a PA#4 time of 14.50 to win the 110 meter hurdles.
Tyler Smith of Norristown became the new state leader in the 100 meter dash with his meet record time of 10.59, and he also won the 200 meter dash in 21.99.
Dustin Wilson of Chestnut Hill Academy ran 4:20.27 to win the 1600 meter run, Victor Miles of Springfield Montco ran 49.45 to win the 400 meter dash. Ellison also won the high jump with a mark of 6-2, and Carlton Lavong of Methacton won both the long jump (23-02.50) and the triple jump (47-03.50).
For the girls, Ann Kelly of Notre Dame ran 44.12 to win the 300 meter hurdles and take over the PA#2 spot in the event, with Ali Gillen of Central Bucks East taking 2nd with a PA#3 time of 44.26.
Maura McKendrick of Notre Dame ran 24.53 to win the 200 meter dash to take over the state lead by .03 over Jordan Hoyt of Abington Heights. Earlier, she had finished 2nd to Cierra White of Engineering and Science by just .01, as they became the first girls in PA to break 12 seconds in the 100 meters. White went 11.94, to McKendrick's 11.95.
Meredith Jones of Gwynedd Mercy Academy ran 5:13.94 to win the 1600 meter run, Emerald Walden of Plymouth Whitemarsh ran a PA#2 time of 14.73 to win the 100 meter hurdles, Emma Keenan of Gwynedd Mercy ran 2:16.56 to win the 800 meter run. Amy Galvin of Methacton cleared 5-4 to win the high jump, Spring Gamble of Girls High threw 39-05 to win the shot put, and Mercedes Vaughn of Academy Park threw 122-08 to win the discus.

Rachel Serafin of Hempfield had a strong throws double, earning a PA#3 mark in the shot put with her throw of 41-08.50 and she won the discus with a mark of 132-1. Teammate Larissa Debich took over the state lead in the pole vault with her clearance of 12-6.
