An unbelievable start to the indoor season by two of the senior stars who are favored in their respective events. Octorara senior Ryan Fritz started at the top of his game with in incredible 6-11 High Jump. More remarkable is the fact that he jumped off a wooden basketball court in cross country waffle racers. Central Dauphin senior Ryan Whiting won the Shot Put with a great 66-03.50 throw. And Brianna Flagg of Harrisburg unloaded a 38-10 throw to win the Shot Put. Great Valley\'s Janessa Murphy won the 55 dash in 7.1 seconds.
