VOTE: PA Boys Athlete of Week, Post Indoor States

Per your vote, last week's Athlete of the Week was Jesse Myers (State College). He won both the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes, finishing with times of 6.83 and 21.19 seconds at the State College Invitational #3.

Ade Lloyd (Harriton) won the 400-meter dash in a new PTFCA State Championship time of 47.17, which is good for second in the state and ninth nationally. He also ran in the 200-meter, finishing second in a time of 21.29, ranking third in PA and ninth nationally.

Jack Bertram (North Allegheny) won the 3000-meter at the PTFCA Indoor State Championship in 8:19.60, a new meet record. He currently has the fastest time in the state at the 3k and is ranked eighth in the nation. 

Tyler Burgess (Palmyra), with an upset victory placing fourth in the prelims at PTFCA Indoor State Championship in the 60-meter hurdles. He ran 7.70 to win the 60-metre hurdles, setting a personal best and moving to fastest this season in the state and fifth nationally. 

Jayden Horton-Mims, the Philadelphia native, had a stellar weekend. He set a PA state record, which had stood since 1986 by William Reed, and is 15th all-time nationally in the 400-meter with a blazing fast time of 46.77 seconds, winning The Circuit: Philadelphia and ranking him fifth nationally. He also won the 200-meter, running a 21.06, which is third all-time in PA, first in the state, and fifth nationally this season. 

Andrew Szeplaki (Northampton Area) won the PTFCA Indoor State Championship in a vault of 16 0, which is his second vault of the season. He is currently the best vaulter in the state this season.
