Facing the sanctioning by the New York public schools association, Bonner, Carroll and West Catholic\'s boys took a road trip to the Armory to compete in the Open/Youth meet sponsored by the Metropolitan Athletics Congress. Carroll showed their not just a distance squad, posting the 4th best PA time in the 4x200 of 1:35.62. Bonner was just behind in 1:36.07. Malik Sams of Bonner posted a quick 8.72 in the 60m Hurdles. And teammates Jon Rivers and Mike Tomasco ran well, Rivers going 7.44 for the 60m dash, and Tomasco 23.54 for 200m.
