The Simon Gratz boys had a great indoor season, at one point, leading the nation in the three sprint relays, the 4x200, 4x400 and Sprint Medley. In New York at the National Scholastic Indoor Championship March 11-13, they faced their toughest competition of the season, and came away with two 2nd's and a 4th, for three all-American awards. Their 4x200 time was the 4th fastest prep time ever, a PA Indoor State Record, and came against a US Record of 1:26.09 by Long Beach Poly CA. Watch for this group to continue to make a name for themselves during the spring.
